The room we stayed in at Alpenresidenz Trisanna was simply amazing! It had a breathtaking view of the mountains and was so cozy and comfortable. I really felt like I was immersed in the beauty of nature.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the cable TV in the room. I prefer to disconnect from technology when I'm in such a beautiful location.

The heated lockers in the ski room were a great feature. it was a welcoming and comfortable place for our family.

My wife says that the breakfast was too expensive at €22 per person per day. Though everything else was great, we would have appreciated a more affordable breakfast option for families.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the center of town and the slopes. The staff provided excellent service, making sure our ski passes were taken care of and even recommending a helpful app for navigating the mountains. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, which was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed in a convenient location. The rooms were nice and spacious with a big bathroom and separate toilet, which was a nice touch. , there was a sauna available for use.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the free parking was only available for the morning of checkout, so if you wanted to ski on your last day, you would have to find alternative parking.

We had a wonderful time with fantastic breakfast, perfectly located near skiing and comfortable beds. The breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of options to choose from. The location was spot on for skiing and made everything so much more convenient. We also loved how cozy and comfortable the bed was, it really helped us relax after a long day of skiing.

While we had a great time overall, we were a little disappointed by the limited hours for the sauna and extra cleaning fee that we weren't aware of. The sauna was only open during certain times, which made it difficult for us to fit it into our schedule. Additionally, the unexpected cleaning fee was a bit of a surprise and made us feel like we didn't get the full value of what we paid for. However, despite these small negatives, we still had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.
